Role:
Support overall operations in remittance and currency exchange activities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate branch and agent operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure all remittance and forex transactions comply with BNM regulations and company SOPs.
Assist in preparing operational reports, compliance documentation, and business performance data.
Provide operational support for system upgrades, new product launches, and process improvements.
Liaise with Compliance, Finance, and Business Development teams on operational matters.
Assist in audits, training, and troubleshooting branch/agent issues.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience in operations, preferably in MSB or financial institutions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations is an advantage.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in financial services/MSB/banking.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
