By February 2023, as the team expanded, Apricity had expanded a new workstation – the Warriotte Hall, providing dedicated workspaces for each agent. Concurrently, a subsale team was established. The company’s commitment to redefining real estate solutions persisted.

In August 2023, Apricity introduced A.T.M. (Assist, Transform, Monetize) to facilitate various services: ‘A’ for Assisting in buying, selling, and renting real estate; ‘T’ for Transforming properties through design, renovation, and decoration; ‘M’ for Monetizing, including tenant marketing, management, and property maintenance. This innovative approach marked the vision of redesign the property solution – the first-ever one-stop property solution.
