Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide Administrative Assistance to Assistant Sales Manager & above.
  2. Assist in generating quotations, costing analysis and comply with the sales procedure to ensure that the whole process run smoothly from Start to End.
  3. Check and Verify Accuracy of the Selling Prices and Percentage of Discount so as to ensure that the goods are sold at the Stipulated Price.
  4. Maintain an Organized Filing system for both Soft and Hard copies of documents to ensure easy retrieval of documents / information.
  5. Understand the Customers’ requirements and able to coordinate with Internal Departments or External Source eg Factories and Suppliers pertaining to Project Activities and Sample Order Fulfilment.
  6. Support W&W SG HQ Finance & HR dept for the related JB Office bookkeeping (Finance) and managing HR Administrative-related paperwork (HR)
  7. Perform any Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by Assistant Sales Manager, Deputy General Manager & above .

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Fresh Graduate or with 1 year experience in Administration will be added advantage.
  • Good Command in Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word).
  • Knowledge in SQL system will be advantage
  • Positive Attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Responsible, Organized, and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills.
  • Training will be provided
  • Working hour 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)
