EP Borneo Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general accounting tasks and bookkeeping
Prepare and manage tax documentation and submissions
Issue and process invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers
Maintain proper filing and records of all financial transactions
Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and suppliers
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
