EP Borneo Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general accounting tasks and bookkeeping

  • Prepare and manage tax documentation and submissions

  • Issue and process invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers

  • Maintain proper filing and records of all financial transactions

  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits

  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
