Job Description

Responsibilties

  • Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Convert conceptual designs and sketches from architects into technical construction documents.
  • Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Revise and update plans based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, and electrical layouts.
  • Maintain organized documentation and file management of all drafting work.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, 3D models, and renderings (optional, depending on role).
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve design issues and improve constructability.
