Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee and manage full sets of accounts for restaurant outlets and Ahimsa Marketing Sdn Bhd.
• Perform monthly and year-end account closing.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and annual statutory accounts.
• Realign financial and accounting processes to enhance reporting clarity and support risk assessment.
• Liaise with government bodies and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with business licenses and statutory requirements.

Banking & Transactions

• Handle and reconcile transactions related to utilities, rent, business licenses and maintenance fees.

Payroll & Administrative Duties

• Manage payroll processes for all outlets, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and EA forms.
• Prepare official correspondence and internal memos.
• Support general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Preferable candidates with minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills.
