🎯 Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Production Technician to join our speaker cabinet manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of speaker cabinets, working closely with engineers and quality control teams to deliver high-performance audio products. We have Preparation Department, Wood Working Department, Part Assembly Department and QA Department for position Technician.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble speaker cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
• Install internal components such as drivers, crossovers, wiring, and insulation
• Operate woodworking and finishing equipment (e.g., CNC routers, sanders, spray booths)
• Conduct quality inspections on cabinet dimensions, acoustic sealing, and finish
• Perform acoustic testing to ensure speaker performance meets specifications
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain production logs and update inventory records
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation
