Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
Present and promote products/services to clients effectively.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports to the management team.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
