We’re looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate inter-departmental tasks and manage office supplies efficiently.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth arrangement on logistic.
- To update and maintain customer database.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
Accounting & Bookkeeping Assistance
- To handles documentations related to sales (Quotations, Invoices, DO and etc)
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks, managing debtor and creditor lists, ensuring payments and collections.
- Compile and manage invoices, expenses, SST submissions, and other relevant documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and manage sales reports, financial documents, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and maintain a proper filing system.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Required languages : English, Malay, Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge in using Accounting Software (AutoCount) is a plus.
