Prestige Golf is the exclusive distributor for Bridgestone Golf in Malaysia, committed to delivering superior quality golf products and services backed by Bridgestone’s global R&D excellence. We are expanding our wholesale business unit to cover both local and international sales, and are seeking a dynamic individual to lead this growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both local and international wholesale markets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across key territories.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand our market presence regionally and globally.

Customer & Partner Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Understand and translate customer needs into effective product and service offerings.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, locally and internationally.

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end wholesale operations, including order processing, logistics, invoicing, and customer support.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, driving their individual and team performance.
  • · Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and professional development sessions.

Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement

  • Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to inform pricing, product strategy, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, finance, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment, pricing, and inventory management.

Administrative, Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure all sales and operational activities comply with company policies, and relevant local/international regulations.
  • Responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasts, performance reviews, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for customer accounts, contracts, and transactions.
  • Support the development and execution of SOPs and internal processes for efficient workflow management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven success in handling both local and international clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable with regular travel for business development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM7,000 – RM10,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
  • Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits (Incentive Trip + Yearly Increment & Bonuses + Training & Development)

WORKING HOUR:

Monday – Friday; 8.30am-5.30pm
