Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Full Set Accountant (Fully Remote) to manage our company’s financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently while supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up to ensure timely payments.
- Issue invoices to clients and track accounts receivable for discrepancies.
2. Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, claims, etc.).
- Assist with year-end financial reports and provide documentation for audits.
- Handle GST returns and other tax-related filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
3. Payroll & Employee Compensation
- Assist in payroll processing, including calculating overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports.
4. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Organize and maintain financial documentation (both digital and physical).
- Support the accounting team and other departments with administrative duties as needed.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Regularly report updates and progress using Taskade to keep everyone informed and aligned on goals.
