Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site quantity measurement for preparation of Progress Claims

2. Follow up certificates with clients

3. Assist on future tendering works.

4. Recheck the actual quantity of work done after final valuation.

5. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

6. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

7. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

8. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

9. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

10. Review the work progress on daily basis.

11. Compile internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

12. Prepare material submission to client.

Requirements

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.

2. FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply

3. Understanding with construction management software packages.

4. Willing to travel for site visits and own transportation

5. Good time and project management skills
