Ganda Plumbing & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a specialization in plumbing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing plumbing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage plumbing projects, including scheduling, and resource allocation.

2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.

3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.

5. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.

6. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

7. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve any on-site challenges.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within the plumbing or M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) industry.

3. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, standards, and best practices.

4. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex plumbing projects.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
