Job Description

Job Overview:

  • As an Office Admin & Coordinator at Kiddos Ride, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of our kids’ train attraction located in the mall. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, coordinating staff schedules, and assisting with marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as you’ll also be interacting with parents, mall management, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher

  • 5 working days a week (8 a.m. – 6 p.m.)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Basic graphic & video editing skills

  • Fluent in English & Malay (Chinese is a plus)
