Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients in logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding sectors.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing structures to potential customers.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements to achieve company sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage online marketing channels, including website updates and social media content.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer networking events.

Coordination & Support

• Liaise with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Provide clear communication between customers and internal departments to fulfill requirements.
• Collaborate with management to improve service offerings and customer experience.
