Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote company’s projects, events, and brand presence locally and internationally.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve targeted leads and conversion goals.
• Work closely with management, sales, and teams to align direction with company objectives.
• Manage the company’s online presence and ensure consistent brand image across all platforms.
• Analyze competitors, and customer insights to enhance marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports, campaign performance reviews, and ROI analysis.
• Lead and mentor the team to ensure effective execution and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, investment, or corporate branding.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).
