Position: Customer Service Executive – Full Time

Location: George Town, Pulau Pinang 11050

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact new customers to successfully arrange appointment to outlets for treatment
  (Customers provided by company’s marketing team)
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and service-related questions.
• Handle order processing, tracking, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service.
• Support daily store or office operations when required.
• Uphold company service standards and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Female (Malaysian Only)
• 18-30 years old
• Minimum SPM Level or equivalent.
• Experience in communication, sales, or meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (MUST)

Remuneration package:

• Basic RM 2,500.00 – RM 3,000.00
• Mon – Sat 11am – 7pm, Saturdays can WFH
• Flexi working hours
