Develop and deliver structured lessons, practical workshops, and training modules aligned with TVET curriculum and industry requirements.
Conduct hands-on training on CNC machines including programming (G-code), machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Prepare teaching materials such as lesson plans, notes, assignments, and assessment tools.
Assess and evaluate students’ knowledge and skills through tests, practical exercises, and examinations.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations (OSH) within the workshop and classroom.
Supervise and mentor students, promoting technical competency, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
Maintain and oversee proper usage and basic maintenance of CNC machines and workshop equipment.
Participate in curriculum development, continuous improvement initiatives, and departmental activities.
Liaise with industry partners for internships, technical visits, and graduate placements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
