Job Description

  1. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Responsibilities
  • Assist in subcontractor evaluation, comparison, and award
  • Prepare and track purchase orders (PO) and work orders
  • Monitor project cost control and variation orders (VO)
  • Assist in site measurements and valuation of work done
  • Prepare monthly reports on project cost and progress
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for contracts and claims
  1. 2.Storekeeper Responsibilities
  • Manage receiving, checking, and recording of materials delivered to site
  • Ensure all materials are as per PO, specification, and quantity
  • Monitor material usage and balance stock levels
  • Issue materials to site teams with proper recording and authorization
  • Report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy of materials
  • Coordinate with QS/site team on material planning and ordering
