Job Description

Requirements

– Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

– At least 1 years of working experience in QS or contract administration (construction industry preferred).

– Knowledge of contract law and cost control practices.

– Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software

– Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

– Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
