Job Description
Member Engagement: Interact with community members on a daily basis, building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging. Address their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
Community Events and Programs: Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and networking sessions to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and social interaction among members. This may involve planning, promoting, and executing events both onsite and offsite.
Community Building: Act as a liaison between community members, fostering connections and encouraging collaboration among individuals and businesses within the community. Identify opportunities for partnerships, synergies, and cross-promotion.
Space Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the physical space, including managing access control, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing maintenance and facility-related issues. Coordinate with the relevant teams or vendors to resolve any space-related problems.
Onboarding and Orientation: Assist new members with the onboarding process, providing them with necessary information about the community, its services, and resources. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new members with the facilities, policies, and community guidelines.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as client management, invoicing tracking member requests, and maintaining records. Update databases, manage member directories, and provide relevant reports as needed.
Communication and Marketing: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the community and its activities. Utilize various channels such as newsletters, social media, and website updates to keep members informed about events, announcements, and other relevant information.
Problem Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or issues that may arise within the community, ensuring that conflicts are addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Provide guidance and support to maintain a positive and inclusive community atmosphere. And Identify issues for escalation to the Community Lead and Community Manager in order to document accordingly.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members on their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Use this feedback to enhance the community’s offerings, amenities, and overall member satisfaction.
Networking and Partnerships: Actively engage with local businesses, organizations, and professionals to develop partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative opportunities that benefit the community and its members.
