Job Responsibilities

1. Planning and executing livestream events: You will work with the brand to plan and coordinate livestream events that align with the brand’s goals and increasing upsells and cross-sells.
2. Creating engaging content: You will be responsible for creating and delivering content that resonates with the brand’s target audience. This may include scripting, storyboarding, and designing visuals or other multimedia assets that support the livestream content.
3. Hosting and presenting livestreams: As a livestream host, you will be responsible for presenting and hosting the livestreams. This may involve moderating discussions, interviewing guests, and providing commentary or analysis on the livestream content that will help in converting sales.
4. Engaging with viewers: You will be expected to interact with viewers during the livestream, responding to their questions and comments and building engagement and community around the brand.
5. Analyzing metrics and feedback: You will be responsible for analyzing viewer metrics and feedback to determine the success of the livestream events and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements 

1. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a requirement for this role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or production. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
3. At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in e-Commerce or high-growth industries, livestream experience is preferred and experience with platforms such as TikTok/ Lazada/Shopee would be an added advantage.
4. The ideal candidate should possess a fun, energetic, and confident personality.
5. Able to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
