Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized *Human Resources Executive* to join our growing renovation company. This role is open to *fresh graduates or individuals without prior HR experience* who are eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources. You will assist in managing staff-related matters, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and helping to create a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in recruitment, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews

– Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate employee records
– Support payroll and leave tracking processes
– Prepare HR-related letters, documents, and reports
– Assist in organizing staff training, team events, and welfare activities
– Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR matters
– Learn and help implement company policies and HR procedures
