Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with operating claw machines.
  • Ensure machines are stocked with prizes.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash and process payments.
  • Maintain machine functionality and cleanliness.
  • Help run promotions and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Working hours (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 6 days a week).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: RM 1,800 + Transport Allowance RM200 + commission (based on performance).
