Full-Time Telemarketing Position

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage account-related matters using a computer — no client visits
  • Perform simple computer-based tasks
  • Contact and negotiate with customers regarding repayments, payment plans, or settlement options

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,600 – RM3,200 (based on experience)
  • Commission: 5% – 13%
  • Monthly Bonus: RM500 – RM1,000
    ➡️ Total potential monthly income: RM4,000 – RM6,000!

Training & Support:

  • One-on-one training
  • Continuous guidance from experienced supervisors

Language Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
