Job Description

BENEFITS:

  • BASIC SALARY RM1900 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 300 + KPI UP TO RM 400 ALLOWANCE
  • EPF, SOCSO
  • 12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
  • WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID  TRAINING
  • A SUPPORTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • PASS SPM AND ABOVE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
  • FLUENT IN ENGLISH ( SPEAK AND TYPE)
  • BASIC MALAY REQUIRED
  • WILLING TO WORK ON 24/7  ROTATIONAL SHIFT( 6 DAYS WORKS AND 1 DAYS OFF)
  • (9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
  • ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK  IN THE OFFICE AT MEDINI 7
  • AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY OCT 2024

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS COMMUNICATE THROUGH INBOUND CALL, LIVE CHAT AND EMAIL.
  • PROVIDINGCLEAR, ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES AND RESOLVING QUESTIONS RELATED TO RIDE BOOKINGS, DELIVERIES, AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
  • DOCUMENT AND REPORT CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND FEEDBACK.
  • WORK WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ADDRESS COMPLEX ISSUES AND ENSURE EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION
  • ENSURE THAT ALL RECORDS ARE UP-TO-DATE AND PROVIDE DETAILEDREPORTS AS NEEDED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
