Job Description
BENEFITS:
- BASIC SALARY RM1900 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 300 + KPI UP TO RM 400 ALLOWANCE
- EPF, SOCSO
- 12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
- WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID TRAINING
- A SUPPORTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
REQUIREMENTS:
- PASS SPM AND ABOVE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH ( SPEAK AND TYPE)
- BASIC MALAY REQUIRED
- WILLING TO WORK ON 24/7 ROTATIONAL SHIFT( 6 DAYS WORKS AND 1 DAYS OFF)
- (9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
- ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE AT MEDINI 7
- AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY OCT 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS COMMUNICATE THROUGH INBOUND CALL, LIVE CHAT AND EMAIL.
- PROVIDINGCLEAR, ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES AND RESOLVING QUESTIONS RELATED TO RIDE BOOKINGS, DELIVERIES, AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
- DOCUMENT AND REPORT CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND FEEDBACK.
- WORK WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ADDRESS COMPLEX ISSUES AND ENSURE EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION
- ENSURE THAT ALL RECORDS ARE UP-TO-DATE AND PROVIDE DETAILEDREPORTS AS NEEDED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
