BENEFITS:
- BASIC SALARY RM2100 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 300 + KPI UP TO RM 400ALLOWANCE
- EPF, SOCSO
- 12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
- WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID TRAINING

- FLUENT INENGLISH ( SPEAK AND TYPE)

- WILLING TO WORK ON24/7 ROTATIONAL SHIFT ( 6 DAYS WORKS AND 1 DAYS OFF)
- (9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
- ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE AT MEDINI 7
- AVAILABLE TO START WORK BYOCT 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS COMMUNICATE THROUGHINBOUND CALL, LIVE CHAT AND EMAIL.
- PROVIDING CLEAR, ACCURATE INFORMATIONABOUT SERVICES AND RESOLVING QUESTIONS RELATED TO RIDE BOOKINGS, DELIVERIES, AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
- DOCUMENTAND REPORT CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND FEEDBACK.
- WORK WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ADDRESS COMPLEX ISSUESAND ENSURE EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION
- ENSURE THAT ALL RECORDS ARE UP-TO-DATEAND PROVIDE DETAILED REPORTS AS NEEDED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
