Job Description

- MONDAY -FRIDAY(7.30 AM -6 PM) & SATURDAY ( 9 AM -1 PM)
- ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE ATPETALING JAYA
- AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY OCT2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ADDRESS CUSTOMER INQUIRIES REGARDING PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND TECHNICAL ISSUES THROUGH VARIOUS INTERACATIONS SUCH AS INBOUND CALLS , EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT.
- MANAGE AND COORDINATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS, INCLUDING SCHEDULINGREPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TASKS. HANDLE WARRANTY CLAIMS, PROCESS REPAIR ORDERS, AND KEEP CUSTOMERS INFORMED OF THEIR REQUEST STATUS WHILE PROVIDING COST ESTIMATES FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS.
- COLLECT AND ANALYZE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, COMPLAINTS, AND SUGGESTIONS.RESOLVE ISSUES PROMPTLY AND ESCALATE COMPLEX CASES TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT, ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS.
- IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO UPSELL ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES.
