• Plan, organize, and oversee overall warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments to support operational needs.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control to ensure consistency between physical stock and documentation.
• Organize inventory storage systematically by category and location, ensuring proper labeling and neat arrangement for easy access and counting.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Implement measures to protect inventory from damage caused by rain, moisture, corrosion, fire, theft, and other risks.
• Apply knowledge of material storage standards and technical requirements to minimize losses and reduce warehousing costs.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc inventory audits; promptly report any discrepancies to management in writing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
