1. Monitor product quality throughout the entire process according to company quality objectives;

2. Develop product incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection standards;

3. Conduct quality verification for the introduction of new processes and parameters to ensure they meet quality requirements, such as MSA, SPC, CPK, etc.;

4. Be responsible for the statistics, analysis, resolution, and improvement of quality issues during the production process;

5. Track internal improvement tickets and confirm improvement results;

6. Supervise the implementation of quality management processes and systems across all departments

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any Engineering, Science or related field.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other office productivity software.
• Proficiency communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
