– Provide on-site technical support for medical software/hospital systems
– Assist clinic staff in system usage and troubleshooting
– Coordinate with the technical team to report and resolve issues
– Support training sessions and go-live projects as needed

– Fluent in basic English and Malay
– Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
– Willing to travel to different clinic locations if needed
