Maintenance and upkeep of Building.

Monitor, Troubleshoot and repair major facilities equipment.

Monitor and manage electrical and water utilization.

Monitor and implement preventive maintenance for major facilities equipment and related service.

Carry out all the tasks in accordance to safety and environmental requirement and in compliance with legal requirement.

Requirement:

Professional Certificate in electrical (A0 or A1 qualification) with at least 1 year experience.

Preferably has experience in facilities related task and exposure.
