5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive (Healthcare Project) to support our growing operations in KL Sentral. This role requires candidates who are fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, as you will be handling customers from diverse language backgrounds.

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing accurate healthcare-related information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through professional and efficient communication. This is a night shift role with rotational scheduling, ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced and structured environment.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
Provide accurate information related to healthcare services
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Meet KPI and quality standards set by the company
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

🔧 *REQUIREMENTS:*
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
SPM certificate required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be able to speak and understand Cantonese and Mandarin
English proficiency: B1 – B2 level
Willing to work night shifts and rotational schedule
