Job Description

🎯 *CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – PENANG *

🏢 *Asiapac Talents Sdn Bhd*
📍 *Georgetown , Pulau Penang*
💰 *RM3,500 – RM4,499*
⏰ *FULL TIME*

✨ *ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:*
Handle customer inquiries primarily via live chat and email (90%)
Make outbound calls when necessary (10%)
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Follow company guidelines and service standards
Working Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational)

🔧 *REQUIREMENTS:*
Malaysian citizens only
Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
Minimum SPM qualification
Up to 35 years old
Able to join immediately
