Job Description

Experienced Commercial Manager required to work for a leading Data Cabling Sub contractor on large Data Center Projects.

The experienced candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying or cost Management background and will be from a construction related background. Ideally working for a M&E, interior fit-out or construction contractor or with another type of subcontractor on large Data Centre projects.

This will be to manage existing projects of values up to 50m RM. It will be to help develop the office and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors.
