We’re a Penang team under a licensed life insurance agency. We help families protect their income, health and savings, and we’re looking for people who want to learn this skill and build their own income.

What you’ll do:

• Meet individuals and families and explain life, medical and savings plans in simple words
• Build and follow up your own client list, on your own schedule
• Learn from a mentor with 13 years in the industry (2x Court of the Table, 7x MDRT, Unit Manager)

What you get:

• Free training + preparation for the licensing exam (PCIL; TBE for takaful)
• Flexible hours: suits part-timers, parents returning to work and career switchers
• New-agent monthly bonus up to RM3,600 for the first 6 months, paid only when the monthly target is met, plus a quarterly booster
• With a diploma or work experience: a higher package, up to RM16,000/month based on performance (explained at interview)

Who we’re looking for:

• 18+, SPM and above
• Speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
• Likes talking to people
• Fresh graduates welcome; sales, banking or customer-service experience is a plus

Please note: this is a commission-based role with a licensed insurance agency, not a fixed salary. You must pass the industry licensing exam before advising on insurance – we help you prepare.
