Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Servicing & Account Management (80%)
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, responding promptly & professionally to
inquiries, even during weekends or off-hours, to ensure outstanding service standard
• Build & maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals & ensuring their needs are
met
• Handle client escalations & resolve complex requests diplomatically & effectively
• Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements & oversee payment collection
• Proactively manage client expectations & ensure project milestones are achieved
• Conduct client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or
additional services
• Regular reporting on client performance, forecasts for internal senior management
2. Digital Marketing Execution (20%)
• Assist with the planning & execution of marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, Google)
• Support content strategy & collaborate with creative teams to meet client requirements
• Execute other tasks such as research & testing of new AI tools
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
3. Team Collaboration & Delivery
• Coordinate with internal marketing, IT & creative teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Provide clear feedback from clients to internal teams to optimize service & campaign
performance
• Foster strong collaboration within the team & act as a liaison between clients & the agency
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business-related is preferred (other disciplines welcomed)
• 5+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing (experience in a marketing,
advertising or media agency is a strong plus)
• Native-level proficiency in English & Chinese (typing is required)
• Highly customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy & comfortable working with digital marketing platforms, tools & analytics
• Confident, presentable, able to communicate with clients professionally
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible & available to respond to client needs promptly outside of standard working hours
